Dan Ugalde awarded SCCA Affiliate of the Year

On November 4^th, 2006 at the 34th Annual Installation Dinner Dance for SCCA, Dan Ugalde was honored as affiliate member of the year.  Ugalde Trucking has been an affiliate member of SCCA since 1976. Dan Ugalde was elected to the SCCA Board of Directors in 1986 where he has been an active participant for the past 20 years.

SCCA was founded in 1974 to serve the needs of construction contractors signatory to labor agreements with the Operating Engineers, Laborers, Carpenters, Cement Masons, Iron Workers and Teamsters trade unions. Today the organization, combined with the Mobile Crane Operators Group, represents nearly 300 companies in 12 counties of southern California—contractors and those allied to the field—who provide a broad variety of construction services to developers, government agencies and major institutions.

Affiliate Members are the support team for SCCA operations and activities. These firms are the top equipment dealers, rental firms, fuel, parts and other product suppliers, as well as the finest lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers and other service companies in Southern California.

This was a tremendous honor for Dan, rewarding his hard work and dedication to the industry.
